This is one of my best buddy-pal 
's OC's, Joshua! I am a BIG HUGE FAN of "Axis Powers Hetalia," so I went with that kind of style(And his hairstyle was inspired by Rome's, what with all the little curls. XD). I am trying to improve my artwork, so please do give me suggestions and tips!! They'll be greatly appreciated. ^_^
